Star Trek
Star Trek started life as a sixties TV series which started in 1966 and ran for three seasons. The original concept of the series was conceived by Gene Rodenberry and featured the exploits of the crew of the Starship Enterprise, led by Captain James T Kirk.
Although successful in its first run, it was cancelled at the end of series three, possibly somewhat prematurely. Despite this setback, several reruns of the series caused the show to build up a following and the show and its cast never looked back. Several spin off series from the original have been produced and a series of movies has also been produced. As with Star Trek, lots of related merchandise has been produced, including figures, trading cards etc. We always try and keep a reasonable stock of Star Trek collectables.
